Fixed Price Contract/Agreement Advice
£500 Per Contract up to 20 pages.
This includes explaining the agreement/contract to help ensure you are getting what you want and need.
We will provide a quote for longer agreements as required.
Fixed Price Drafting of Share Purchase and Asset Purchase/Agreements
£1,600 fixed fee for the drafting of SPAs/APAs. If acting for the seller, rather than the buyer, then a Disclosure Letter can be drafted for a fixed fee of £1,600.
We will provide a quote for particularly long agreements, as required.
Fixed Price For Drafting Contracts and Sub-contracts
£1600 Per contract up to 20 pages. We Draft agreements/contracts to suit your needs. This includes the drafting of sub-contracts as required.
We will provide a quote for longer document drafting as required.
Franchise Agreement Advice and Drafting
£1000 for Advising on a Franchise Agreement up to 20 pages long, whether we are instructed by the Franchisor or Franchisee.
We draft bespoke Franchise Agreements for Franchisors for the competitive price of £1,600 per agreement.
Negotiating your Contracts
£330 per hour by telephone, online or skype.
£150 per hour reduced rate for charities and not for profit organisations.
We use our professional training and negotiating skills to bargain for what you want.
Advocating on your behalf
This can take many forms, including written submissions celebrating your great work to Funders, Policy Makers and Parliament.
Many busy social enterprises and charities can't advocate as much as they would like, for example submitting their work to relevant Parliamentary Select Committees.
We have professional training and knowledge in the law and Parliament and can help you represent yourself at this level.
