Careful decisions need to be made in regard to these two documents as they can either help or hinder a business and provide solutions or problems. Being proactive is better than trusting to luck when running a company, so we draft and amend both Shareholder Agreements and Articles of Association to suit each individual client and their business needs.
We charge a fixed fee of £1,200 for drafting of amended Articles and £1,600 for Shareholder Agreements. We advise on these documents for a fixed fee of £500.
